Calculator Inputs: Not Collected
The numbers you enter into any calculator on this site — your salary, loan amount, savings goal, interest rate, or anything else — are processed entirely inside your browser using JavaScript. They are never sent to our servers, stored, or shared. We simply don’t receive them. This is separate from the general website data below, which applies to visiting the site at all, not to using a specific calculator.
Information We Collect
Information you give us directly — If you email us, the address and message content you send.
Information collected automatically — Like most websites, our hosting provider logs standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed. This is routine server activity logging, not something reviewed person-by-person.
Cookies — Used for two things: understanding how the site is used, and showing ads. Details below.
Advertising Cookies (Google AdSense)
This site is supported by Google AdSense. As part of that:

UK / European Economic Area (GDPR): You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you (in practice, mainly email correspondence, since we don’t collect calculator inputs or require accounts), object to or restrict certain processing, request a portable copy of your data, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. California / other US states with privacy laws: We do not sell your personal information. Depending on your state, you may have rights to know what we hold, request deletion, or opt out of certain cookie-based advertising uses. Given how little data we collect, the simplest way to exercise any of these is emailing us directly — we handle requests personally rather than through an automated system.
Data Retention
Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve your question; server logs are kept briefly for security and troubleshooting. We don’t maintain accounts or user profiles, so there’s no ongoing personal data beyond that.
Children’s Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we’ll remove it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the limited information we handle, but no website can guarantee complete security. Please don’t send sensitive information (account numbers, passwords) through our contact email.
